Audrey Shaw’s Bar Carnation is joining the Dine Out party and giving you exclusive early access to an upcoming late-night menu. And it’s anything but business as usual. The bar is clearing the floor for a stand-up cocktail party capped at 50 guests per session (5pm–7.30pm and 8.30pm–11pm).

Your $60 ticket gets you two Martinis, a burger and a serve of skin-on, handcut, double-fried chips. Dietaries unfortunately can’t be catered to.

The burger is still under wraps, but you’ll be among the first in Melbourne to try it. Plus, there’s a few limited-edition sauces from Tabasco developed exclusively for the event. Start your night the right way and settle in for a long one.
